Yesterday students read their personal novels, discussed question 2 from "Penny" and wrote theme statements for the story.
Today students read.
Students did a second sheet on apostrophes.
We discussed question #5 on the last story, then did some review for a test coming up next week.
Students should study the terms and plot diagram in their Short Story Terminology Package - but only need to be able to name a couple of points of view, rather than define them.
